CBeebies star YUKEE has partnered with Isle of Wight indie sensations Wet Leg for an exclusive limited edition 7” single of the track ‘Doing What You Love (ft. Wet Leg)’ taken from her hit CBeebies show.

The single will be released digitally and on sparkly ‘snail trail’ pink 7” on 25th September 2026 via Pandapop! Records, the new children’s imprint from UK independent label favourites, Alcopop! Records.

After a successful record store day launch sharing hits from debut album Yukee’s Garden Party, the pint size funster from CBeebies returns to the real world with her pals Wet Leg, via this very limited edition 7″ single.

Taken from the episode where Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers from the #1 charting band play The Slime Sisters—a duo of pop star snails on their way to a festival (slowly)—the 7″ contains the heartwarming song from the episode, ‘Doing What You Love (ft. Wet Leg)’, and a B-side of Yukee covering Wet Leg’s single ‘11:21’.

Strictly limited to 500 and never to be repressed on Pink Glitter Slime Sisters Snail Trail vinyl, Yukee has community, friendship and cooperation at its heart, because—after all—things sound better when we play together.

To celebrate, the Yukee Live Show will be performing a solo free show at Rough Trade East, London at 10am Sunday 27th September 2026—an amazing event to bring the kids to, and a real treat for the big kid inside us all, too!

Alongside the single, Yukee is also delighted to be working with legendary instrument manufacturer Fender on a giveaway to put brand new ukuleles from everyone’s favourite guitar brand in the hands of the nation’s newest rock stars.

“The good pals have given us some Venice Soprano Ukulele’s to be awarded to aspiring musicians under 6 (or rather their parents, on their behalf) on Yukee’s socials, with another being handed out at the Rough Trade live show,” says label boss Jack Clothier. “After all, it’s so important to offer the opportunity for kids of all ages to get involved, feel the rhythm and begin to enjoy music.”

Yukee’s debut album, Yukee’s Garden Party: Hits From Season One, was released last year on Pandapop! Records, featuring appearances from a star studded musical cast including Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo, Architects’ Sam Carter, soul legend PP Arnold, hip-hop icon Chali 2na, BRIT and Ivor Novello Award winner Tom Odell, and more.
